He established DBA in order to bring a more personal and flexible approach to the provision of research services from the smallest research project to major international surveys.
Mike Hannah brings over 40 years' experience in the market research industry and has been a Director of leading agencies in the UK and Hong Kong. A respected research professional, he has served on the MRS Professional Standards Committee and the IPA Media Appraisals Committee.
Barbara Alford offers nearly 20 years’ market research experience, ranging from small qualitative studies to major international programmes for blue chip clients and covering public sector, finance, NGOs, post and telecoms, education and other market sectors.
